Rule 59
Annual report to be submitted
(1) The partnership forest user group shall submit the annual report of the activities carried out by the group during the year including the financial details and the status of the forest in the format according to Schedule-22 to the Division Forest Office and the local level within three months of the end of each financial year.
(2) When submitting the annual report according to sub-rule (1), the partnership forest user group shall also submit the audit report.
